Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. 

Orders are shipped via YUNEXPRESS. Shipping is free for orders over $30 (post discount) and $4.99 for orders under $30.

 

Returns

Bayondo provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: Bayondo.com.  If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Bayondo has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Bayondo to be defective, Bayondo will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. If the product was purchased with a gift card, Bayondo will issue a Bayondo gift card in the amount of the purchase price . Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."

 

How long do I have to request a refund?

You have fourteen (14) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund.  After that, Bayondo will not process a refund request.

How do I request a refund?

Please write customer service to support@bayondo.com for assistance.  Please have your order number  to make your purchase handy.

How is my refund credited?

All refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the product.  When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund on a Bayondo gift card.

Items Returned by Mail:  If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of your return.  This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 

Shipping Charges:  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
